The Beijer JetNet 5916G‑4C4F, integrated and supported by Aquila, is an industrial DNV‑certified 16‑port L2 managed Gigabit Ethernet switch designed for large and complex marine and offshore networks. With 8 × 1000Base‑TX ports, 4 × Gigabit RJ‑45/SFP combo ports and 4 × Gigabit SFP ports, it offers a highly flexible mix of copper and fiber for building resilient shipboard backbones, platform control networks and multi‑segment OT architectures.

Built for high‑reliability operation in harsh environments, JetNet 5916G‑4C4F supports Multiple Super Ring (MSR), RSTP and MSTP for network redundancy, and offers comprehensive Layer‑2 features including IEEE 802.1Q VLAN, private VLAN, VLAN trunking, packet filtering, DHCP server/client, traffic prioritization and rate control. With advanced security (port security, IP access lists, TACACS+) and full management via SNMP v1/v2c/v3, RMON, web UI, Telnet and local console, it is well suited as a high‑density core or distribution switch in mission‑critical marine networks.
