SOLUTION / AUTONOMY & SMART NAVIGATION

Avikus HINAS and Neuboat systems in partnership with Aquila

Assisted navigation and smarter vessel operations for safer, more efficient journeys.

SOLUTION OVERVIEW

Enhance safety, efficiency, and bridge digitalization with Avikus and Neuboat

Aquila supports the adoption of advanced smart-navigation and future-autonomy technologies with integration of Avikus HINAS and Neuboat systems across commercial, offshore and government vessels. These solutions deliver AI-powered navigation assistance, collision-avoidance intelligence, autonomous route guidance, and advanced situational-awareness features that help operators take practical steps toward digitalized bridge operations and future autonomous capability.

PRODUCT SUMMARY

Avikus HINAS Modules

HINAS SVM
(Surround View Monitoring)

HINAS SVM provides AI-driven 360° situational awareness by combining camera feeds, radar data and navigation sensors into a unified live visual model. It assists crew with docking, maneuvering and close-quarter operations in congested waterways. When integrated with Aquila’s AIS, radar and thermal systems, SVM enhances real-time visibility and reduces operator workload during high-risk vessel movements.

HINAS NAVI
(Navigation Assistance System)

HINAS NAVI delivers AI-guided navigation intelligence, analyzing vessel position, traffic patterns, COLREGs requirements and environmental data to recommend safe and efficient routes. It supports predictive collision-avoidance logic and dynamic path planning. Integrated with Aquila’s navigation sensors (GNSS, compass, radar), NAVI strengthens decision support for watch officers and improves voyage efficiency.

HINAS CONTROL
(Autonomous Vessel Control System)

HINAS CONTROL is an advanced auto-navigation and autonomous control module that can manage vessel steering, speed, avoidance maneuvers and route execution. It converts AI-assisted navigation plans into precise vessel control commands. When combined with Aquila’s bridge integration, propulsion interfaces and automation systems, HINAS CONTROL forms the foundation for practical autonomy adoption within existing fleet operations.

PRODUCT SUMMARY

Neuboat Modules

Autonomous Docking & Smart Navigation

Neuboat Dock 2
(AI-assisted Auto-Docking System)

Dock 2 provides semi-autonomous docking using advanced sensors, AI vision and precise thruster control. It delivers repeatable, safe berthing performance even in tight spaces, strong currents or low visibility. Integrated with Aquila’s propulsion, steering and onboard control interfaces, Dock 2 reduces docking risk and improves consistency across varied crew levels.

Neuboat NAVI
(Smart Navigation System)

Neuboat NAVI uses AI perception and sensor fusion to deliver real-time route guidance, obstacle detection and safe-path recommendations. It enhances situational awareness for small commercial vessels, workboats and service craft. Combined with Aquila’s navigation and sensing technologies, it enables smarter coastal navigation and autonomy-ready vessel operations.

Neuboat CONTROL
(Autonomous Vessel Control Module)

Neuboat CONTROL provides precision vessel handling, enabling autonomous course-keeping, speed control and manoeuvre execution for smaller craft. It supports remote command, automated transits and operator-supervised autonomy. Integrated through Aquila’s sensors, HMIs and control systems, Neuboat CONTROL brings advanced autonomy features to light commercial, patrol and utility vessels.
